This policy covers the Design Your Dream workbook at designyourdream.avraehealth.com. The workbook is run by Avrae Health, LLC, a Colorado company. Questions about it go to info@avraehealth.com.
The short version
What you write in the workbook stays on your own computer. Nothing you write goes to Avrae unless you press Send to Avrae. Avrae receives anonymous counts of how many workbooks are started and saved, and those counts contain none of your answers.
What stays on your computer
Your answers, choices, colors, photos, and sketch are kept only in the page while you work. When you press Save my work, they are saved as a file on your own computer. When you press Export as PDF, the PDF is made in your browser and saved on your computer. Avrae never sees either file. Photos you add are reduced in size in your browser, which also removes hidden details such as where a photo was taken.
The page does not keep your work between visits. If you close it without saving, your work is gone.
What the page stores in your browser
One small note: that you have seen the privacy message shown on your first visit, so it isn't shown again. It contains nothing about you or your work. The page uses no cookies.
Usage counts
When you first start writing in a workbook, and when you save one, the page tells Avrae that a workbook was started or saved. These counts contain none of your answers and nothing that identifies you. Avrae uses them to see how many people use the workbook.
Send to Avrae
If you press Send to Avrae and confirm, your workbook as it is on screen, with your answers, colors, photos, and sketch, is emailed to the Avrae Health team at info@avraehealth.com, so you can work on it together during your discovery call. Nothing is sent unless you press the button and confirm. Avrae keeps a sent workbook for 30 days.
What our service providers see
The page is hosted by Netlify, and the usage counts and sent workbooks pass through Google. Like any website, these services receive ordinary technical details when your browser contacts them, such as your IP address and browser type, and handle them under their own privacy policies: Netlify and Google.
Links on the page to the Avrae Health website and to the booking calendar take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
What we don't do
No advertising, no tracking or analytics scripts, and no selling or sharing of anything you send us.
Not for patient information
The workbook asks about your plans for your own practice. Please don't enter any information about patients.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
